1/2 Cow Pre-order deposit

This is a deposit on a half of a cow. The final price of your meat delivery is determined by the total amount of meat that the half produces. The amount varies based on the size of the cow and how the carcass is prepared. Typical final cost is between $1,400 and $1,700. When your cow is ready for processing, we will complete a cut sheet with you to determine how the meat should be prepared. We will then schedule a pickup day. Your meat will be packaged and labeled, and we will make sure your pickup goes well. We recommend an 8-to-10 cubic foot freezer. Chest freezers are the most efficient.
