Your skin and hair will thank you. I had "body dandruff" from the dry skin my Big Brand soap gave me. That entirely went away using the men's goat soap, which BTW smells great too. I used to use baby shampoo daily, but Quinn's hair soap not only leaves my hair looking better, I can wash it every other day and it stays clean and in great shape with just a little watering down and combing the next day. The face soap does not dry out my skin the way everything else I've tried does, so I use it more often and that helps my skin too.
